Welcome to La Forchetta – the place where authentic Neapolitan pizza meets modern techniques and uncompromising quality!

My journey with pizza began over eight years ago in Italy, where I worked as head chef and pizzaiolo. There, I mastered the intricacies of Italian cuisine and completed three specialized courses in modern Neapolitan pizza. But my dream was to bring this art to Bulgaria.

On December 6, 2017, we launched the La Forchetta project in Pazardzhik – a place dedicated to authentic flavor and exceptional quality. Later, we expanded our concept to Plovdiv, striving to offer our customers a truly culinary experience.

I work with the finest Italian flours, such as Caputo Super Nuvola and Pizzuti Pink Flour, to create dough that is fluffier, airier, and more refined in every detail. Every day, I enter the pizzeria with one goal – to make even better pizza, perfect every aspect of the process, and offer our customers a taste that transports them straight to the heart of Italy.
